Kylie Jenner Says Casual Old Flip-Flops Are the Shoe of the Summer

Last year, flip-flops might have been the fast and casual shoe you slipped into to pick up your prescription around the block - or perhaps you reserved them for sandy beach days - but Kylie Jenner just made them the star of her Italian summer vacation. The 27-year-old Khy founder and beauty mogul packed a total of three different iterations for her trip, including the TKEES Lily Liners ($60), TKEES Lily PLatforms ($95), and TKEES Lily Metallics ($60). She wore them with everything from a vintage leopard set (pictured above) to white pooling flares that dragged on the ground and bared just a hint of the classic thong silhouette as she walked.

Meanwhile, Jenner has also rocked a heeled version of the flip-flop for more polished ensembles (below), and judging from the other celebs who are on board - including Gigi Hadid (who has partnered with Havaianas, if that's not convincing enough), Dua Lipa, Sofia Richie, and Lori Harvey - the shoe will no longer just be reserved for pool days, at least until further notice.
