Jennifer Aniston's Naked Chain Minidress Is Unexpectedly Edgy

She may be a red carpet veteran, but Jennifer Aniston doesn't shy away from experimentation. At the Los Angeles premiere for "Murder Mystery 2" on March 28, the "Friends" star embraced the popular naked dress trend in a sheer silver number from Atelier Versace's spring 2023 collection. Featuring exposed netting and chain detailing, the see-through minidress was an unexpected choice for the actor, who usually gravitates toward classic styles. She kept the rest of her look simple, finishing with metallic heeled sandals, minimal jewelry, and neutral makeup.

Her costar and friend, on the other hand, took a more laid-back approach to his premiere outfit. In contrast to Aniston's beaded metallic ensemble, Adam Sandler arrived in an oversize New York Knicks hoodie, paired with a Hawaiian shirt, khakis, and casual sneakers. While Aniston jokingly refused to stand next to Sandler at first, the two later hugged one another and smiled for the cameras to promote their upcoming Netflix sequel.

Leading up to the LA premiere, Aniston had leaned toward a more muted glamour during her press tour. She kicked off promotions at a photocall in Paris earlier in March, wearing a champagne-colored column gown from Celine with a white fur stole. During a late-night appearance on "The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon," the actor chose a black one-shoulder Bottega Veneta dress with a high side slit.

Aniston's style similarly caught our eye in November 2022, when she graced Allure's last print issue in a series of daring vintage looks. Among an array of striking imagery, she stunned on the cover in a micro bikini top featuring the Chanel logo and a Gucci G-string to match.
