Halle Bailey Celebrates Her Birthday in Jamaica Wearing an Under-$200 Bikini

Halle Bailey rang in her 23rd birthday Princess Ariel style. The actor wore a chic patterned bikini (sans mermaid tail) while celebrating her latest trip around the sun in Jamaica with boyfriend DDG. In photos shot at a waterfall attraction, Bailey offered fans an all-angles look at her two-piece, which features a geometric green and orange print, double straps, a front tie, and high-cut bottoms. "birthday behavior," she captioned her Instagram post. Sister Chloë was quick to hype her up in the comments, writing, "stunning 😍😍 you are so damn sexy babes."

Bailey scored her swimsuit for less than $200 from celebrity-loved brand Montce, previously repped by Sydney Sweeney, Priyanka Chopra, and Kendall Jenner, to name just a few. We can't help but appreciate the singer's dedication to affordable swimwear; in January she showed off her pink chain-strap LSpace bikini on Instagram, and last year, she vacationed in Dubai wearing a strappy green Fashion Nova thongkini.

With "The Little Mermaid" set to premiere this May, we suspect Bailey's outfits may emulate Ariel as she promotes the live-action remake. Most recently, she channeled a different Disney princess at the 2023 Oscars, wearing a blue tulle dress that looked a whole lot like Cinderella's ballgown.

Lucky for us, Bailey's exact Montce bikini is still in stock online. Shop the set ahead, and keep reading to peruse similar picks to mirror her tropical birthday style.

The Boob-Window Trend Is All Over the Red Carpet From Sydney Sweeney to Chlöe

The boob window is the new trend in celebrity dressing making waves this year, both on and off the red carpet. As early as January, in fact, Lori Harvey stepped out to celebrate her 26th birthday in the LBD version of the look, flaunting an asymmetrical midi from The Attico with a chest cutout that circled her cleavage, and was further amplified by an attention-grabbing neck-tie sash. The outfits that follow often resemble halter silhouettes, although not all of these numbers boast a strap on each side. Sydney Sweeney is the latest style icon to give it a go, opting for a brown silk gown that she wore alongside model Izabel Goulart while vacationing in Ibiza. For a night out, the 25-year-old " Euphoria " star rocked her one-shoulder design with gold jewelry, dewy makeup, and her bright blonde hair in loose waves. The bodice of her dress was secured near her collar bone, where fabric from one side was pulled through a loop at the other, wrapping around to the back. The r...

Michael Kors has established himself as the go-to designer for all things American glamour, whether that's easy West Coast chic or '80s power bitch, so it was not particularly surprising when he cited the Studio 54-era of New York City as inspiration behind his Fall 2019 collection, shown ... Candice Huffine: "Size Does Not Equal Health, and Weight Does Not Equal Worth"

Image Source: Luvlette Born in Washington DC and raised in a Maryland suburb, Candice Huffine did a little bit of everything when she was growing up, from being captain of the cheerleading squad to taking her turn as a pageant queen. "It was 'typical' in a Hallmark movie kind of way, I guess," Huffine tells POPSUGAR. "These details are important to mention because they did influence my life path. I willingly put myself on a stage at every turn - and not always kind ones - to do the things I loved or to follow a dream I had." Huffine, 39, signed her first modeling contract in 2000. She was "determined" to be a model, despite the fashion industry being notoriously discriminatory toward plus-size people. Knowing the odds were stacked against her propelled Huffine even further toward realizing her dream. "When I received a contract as a plus-size model, it unlocked a new mission in me: to not pursue modeling just for myself, but to push har...
