"The White Lotus" costume designer Alex Bovaird also chose bikinis and one-pieces from Italian brands like Pucci and La Perla for vacationers (like Daphne and Aubrey Plaza's Harper) and locals (like Simona Tabasco's Lucia). In season one of the series, Bovaird similarly sourced thrifted clothing to accurately portray Olivia (Sydney Sweeney) and Paula (Brittany O'Grady) as Gen Z best friends.
