Ciara Nailed the Barbiecore Aesthetic in a Thigh-High Slit Skirt and Crop Top

Barbiecore is the fashion aesthetic du jour, and Ciara just showed off a practical way to tap into the trend. The singer took to Instagram to present a hot-pink look fans of the bright shade will immediately approve of. Embracing one of summer's biggest color trends (as prominently featured in Valentino's PP Pink fall 2022 collection), she wore a ribbed co-ord set consisting of a midi skirt with a thigh-high slit on the left and a matching cropped tank top. The two pieces combined offer a smart and practical dressing solution for a warm day. Ciara accessorized with layers of gold chain necklaces, a stack of matching bracelets on each arm, and a small selection of silver diamond rings.

Fresh off her arrival on the red carpet in a plunging black Sabina Bilenko Couture gown at the 2022 ESPYs and following the release of her costume-packed "JUMP" music video, Ciara continues to serve up style inspiration at every turn.
